Orders and payment

Orders placed on this site are created as pending payment. A specialist reviews each order and contacts you to complete payment and confirm shipping before anything is charged. An order is not final until payment is completed.

Custom sizes and quotes

Stock single-tray sizes run from 12 to 36 inches. Larger tray solutions — including double- and triple-tray covers up to 44 inches — are quoted individually. Custom quotes are confirmed in writing before any charge, and custom-size orders are final sale once confirmed.

Product details

• The interior clear opening of every tray is 3.5 inches smaller than the ordered size.
• Tray height is 3 inches (stainless is also available in a 1.375-inch shallow depth).
• Trays ship empty — you fill them with your own pavers, tile, concrete, or surface material. Fill material is not included.
• Lifting keys are sold separately unless otherwise noted.

Lead times and shipping

Stock aluminum covers ship in 2–5 business days; custom aluminum in 2–5 business days; stainless in 1–2 business days when in stock, otherwise about 4 weeks. Expedited shipping is available on all products. Orders ship from Phoenix, AZ. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

To be eligible for a refund, an item must be returned unused and in one piece. Items that have been filled, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be refunded. Custom-size covers are final sale and are not returnable. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

Products are provided without an express warranty beyond what is required by law. If your cover arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will make it right.

Proper use

PaverPals covers are rated H-15 for pedestrian and light-vehicle applications when installed and filled correctly according to our installation instructions. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, overloading, or misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
